I've been a busy gal this month with lots of filming, editing, instruction-writing, and more. We just wrapped up the Spring Chorus edition of the Scrap Rap where we featured a fun handmade notecard holder out of a sheet of 8.5x11 paper. (See page 14.)
The holder is thick enough to store a set of four A2 envelopes and notecards. Use the gorgeous papers in the Club Stamp Spring Chorus collection to make a few beautiful sets! Dust off your 8x8 Grid Ruler, cuz you'll need it!

ReplyDeleteWell, I was going to use this kit for scrapbook pages, but you have just inspired me to make cards. I have a friend who is expecting twins. We don't know the gender - but I think the kit colors lend themselves well to baby cards. I think I will help the new parents out by making their thank you cards!

ReplyDeleteI look forward to ALL your videos, but this one has truly inspired me. It's not too late to make some Mother's Day gifts and I may even get some graduation and thank-you-for-volunteering gifts made. I've always hoped someone would let us know what all those angles are for on the ruler and how to use them. I'd like to see a series on that {hint, hint}. They must be good for something because all cutting mats have them, too. I know quilters use them, but how does that translate to papercrafting? Maybe I'm the only one in a fog about those markings, but I doubt it. Anyway, another great project, Tricia. It's a winner.
